<kiln>no, that is the point of it. the page saves itself. you open it, put #edit on the end of the address, and the controls appear. without #edit there is nothing to click, so a stranger gets the log and no buttons

<kiln>you can. it stays in the tab, it is written nowhere, and it is still the weakest of the three ways in. the page reaches you through a gateway you do not run, so it is one bad file away from asking for your key and keeping it

<kiln>no, on purpose. every save writes the whole page again and files a version, so a timer would give you forty versions of one sentence. you press save

<kiln>the box at the bottom. signed in with the gate open you get an input line, the way a client has one. type, press enter, it appends as <Pranah> with the time on it, and from then on it is markup like everything above it

<kiln>the half line goes nowhere. the box is not in the file either, it is drawn for you and taken out again before anything is stored
<kiln>your notes go under the log behind a line saying where they came from, as channel lines rather than cards. they are fetched when the page opens, so with scripting off that part is empty and the log is still there
